About the role

Compliance and building services are critical to the wellbeing and resident experience. It is an exciting time to join the leadership team to drive change across the whole service to improve services to our residents. As part of the interim structure for the new Housing Repairs and Maintenance service, you will have lead responsibility for compliance across the service for gas, electrical, lifts and legionella across all homes and blocks of flats ensuring resident safety. The role will oversee the repair, improvement and servicing of all building services to our blocks of flats; the installing and servicing of heating and hot water systems, and leading on the innovative transition to new forms of heat and energy generation.
