Your new company
Hays Recruitment are working with a 1st FM provider who are seeking a FM Project Manager within their Hard Services Operational team in Brighton Sussex.
Your new role
Working within the FM team you will be responsible for schedule of works ahead of a major redevelopment, supporting a programme of project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with PM skills and experience in delivering and managing operational projects with FM operations and M&E. A degree or equivalent in building services related construction, mechanical or electrical discipline and a minimum of 3 years of undertaking a similar role and level of responsibility.
