Piling Foreman/Supervisor Job - Permanent - Leading Geotechnical Contractor - Multiple Projects - Civils

You will be joining a worldwide leading piling contractor based in North West England who are the leading specialists in foundation engineering and modern geotechnical works. Your new role
In this role you will be accountable for project operational delivery, ensuring efficient running and effective management of resources whilst achieving excellence in safety and quality all in compliance with the company BMS. In addition, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, effectively managing internally and externally hired plant, delegating responsibilities and coordinating all activities of the site operatives, liaising with plant, procurement and other BSL departments to ensure efficient mobilisation and ongoing efficiency of the works, ensuring site records are completed and submitted in a timely manner, and plan works over the longer term.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be a self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic individual with at least 5 years' experience of working on geotechnical construction sites. You will have proven experience in leading a site team and have a sound understanding and knowledge of geotechnical risks. In addition, you will also be able to present and communicate daily SOS briefings to the workforce and assign task roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, you will hold a valid SSSTS and be prepared to work anywhere within the UK to suit the company's needs.
