Gas Manager - Social Housing

Gas Manager - ASAP Start - Up to £275 per day - Housing stock - 37.5 hours per week.

Hays Building Services is working with Public Sector organisation based in Northamptonshire, who require a Gas Manager within their Housing team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the Gas department which comprises of 16 Engineers, a lead Engineer and a Support Officer. The department look after all day-to-day repairs and remedial works across their housing stock. It will be your responsibility to provide technical support to the team at all times, whilst carrying out inspections on completed works to ensure high standards of works are being carried out. You will also be focussed on ensuring statutory compliance is kept on top of and that compliance KPI's are met at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with Housing Stock essential
• Experience managing engineers directly desirable
• ACS Qualified / Gas Safe Registered City & Guilds / NVQ / QCF
• Level 3 qualification or have equivalent experience.
