Initially joining as an Associate you'll have a clear path to Director, you will be involved in fee bids, resource planning, invoicing, team management and securing repeat business from existing clients. However, as a medium sized MEP and Sustainability Consultancy, you'll still be able to maintain a hands-on role when it comes to do design and project delivery.

Established over a decade ago, the founding partners of this Sustainability and MEP Design Consultancy remain hands on. They are involved in every aspect of the business from recruiting to design, carrying out specialist surveys, maintaining client relationships and employee engagement.

With circa 60+ employees and multiple offices located across the UK, you'll get to work on a fascinating range of projects including listed buildings, net zero carbon masterplans, research labs, landmark hotels and high-rise mixed-use developments.

With M&E at the heart of the business and not just a small support function to a larger multi-disciplinary offering the Directors really understand the complexity of projects they bid on. That's why their fees allow their engineers to do a proper design and why they're not afraid to take projects from RIBA Stage 1 to 5.

Having already secured much of their fee income for 2022/23, they are looking for an additional Electrical Associate who can assist in leading the team, assist with resource planning and also free up time the Electrical Directors so they can focus continuing to drive the business forward.

Requirements

• At least eight years' experience in Building Services.
• Able to lead and mentor a team, lead projects and lead design team meetings.
• Previous hotel, high end residential or mixed-use project experience.
• Good awareness of renewables such as ASHP, GSHP, PV's, battery storage and SMART buildings / BMS.
• Good understanding of BIM, Environmental (Sustainability) Engineering and MEP.
