A well established mechanical and electrical building services contractor operating 15 years + is seeking a mechanical project manager to join their team. The well established company is family owned with a fantastic reputation, giving them repeated work from varying clients including; educational, recreational and public sector.

Your new role

You will be working as a Mechanical Project Manager for a MEP Building Services company in Lincolnshire. This is opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor (or similar grade) to step or for a well experienced mechanical project manager. Typically the projects you will be working on public sector projects with the MOD in and around Lincolnshire/Peterborough. The values of the projects are circa: £100,000 and you will be potentially overseeing several projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be working as a Mechanical Supervisor (looking for progression) or an experienced mechanical project manager. You will have experience of overseeing projects for a range of different clients. For this you will have mechanical related qualifications or have high levels of related experience for this role.

What you'll get in return

Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 (DOE)+ Car or Allowance. 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
