The successful engineer should be self-assured in their abilities and motivated to always work to their highest standards. You will be technically capable of designing electrical systems for a variety of building types. You will need excellent communication skills to ensure that the project is completed from start to finish. Working knowledge of industry-specific software is required.
Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- 3 years minimum experience in the building services industry
- You will ideally have exposure to clients
- Experience contributing to design team meetings
- experience designing using industry-specific software
