Heating Inspector

A Central London Local Authority is seeking an experienced District Heating Inspector

Your new company
My client has a well established M&E team overseeing various works across their borough. They have recently had a new opportunity become available offering a long term contract to permanent opportunity.

Your new role
Daily you will complete pre and post inspections of various heating system largely including district heating systems. Your responsibilities will include acting as a technical adviser for the councils contractors and sign off on works completed along with complete any contract administration associated to your works.

What you'll need to succeed
You must hold your commercial heating tickets and have a background in inspection works within a local authority or housing association.

What you'll get in return
You will receive £20 - £25 per hour PAYE or Umbrella dependant on your background experience on a rolling contract that will offer a permanent opportunity towards the end of the contract. Working in central London and only travelling within the borough you will be working in.
