Trainee Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer - Up to £38k - Leeds

Are you commutable to sites around the UK&I?

I am currently working with one of the leading industrial equipment suppliers, who are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. Ideally based within 2 hours of Leeds but will be travelling to sites across the North of the UK&I.

Responsibilities for the role include, completing any tasks given as instructed by the Service department and senior Engineer. Working with specialist CNC equipment, carrying out the Installation and commission of new machinery. Assisting Senior engineers in carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults where required. Assisting senior engineers and partners to provide accurate technical solutions with regards to fault finding.

Experience in an Field Service Engineer role is ideal, but they company are very open to training people either recent graduates with relevant degrees or apprentices.

This opportunity is offering a salary up to £38,000 with a competitive overall package. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday but with travel and staying away from home included. Ideally the candidate will work 1 in 4 weekends too.
