This engineering consultancy prides themselves on providing a professional, supportive and friendly office culture and do operate a hybrid working policy. (3 days a week in the office).

They have three offices across the UK and Europe and work across the mixed-use, commercial, education and high-end residential sectors.

As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you'll work alongside Senior Electrical Engineers and Directors; and use your own initiative to drive projects forward.

You'll be encouraged and supported to obtain your Professional Chartership with CIBSE or the IET; and enjoy a fast paced, diverse workload.

You will be allocated your own specific projects, which will be your responsibility to lead technically, and you will be expected to take ownership of these specific projects.

As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer will produce calculations, reports and specifications, using a combination of software such as Revit, Amtech and Dialux.

You'll essentially design the electrical elements of a building, through RIBA stages 2 - 4 of the projects lifespans and enjoy seeing projects through to construction. You'll also get to witness the testing of the installed electrical services, prior to handing over the project to the client.

Plus, you'll be able to use your leadership skills, as you help mentor the Junior Electrical Engineers; and also use your communication skills as you liaise directly with clients, architects and project managers.

Requirements

• Degree qualified and able to use Amtech, Dialux or Revit MEP.
• At least 18 months experience (Post Graduation) in a similar role.
• Awareness of British Standards such as BS7671, BS8519, BS5830, BSBS12464.
• Aware of other services such as Mechanical, Fire, Lighting and Building Physics.
