A leading international multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy, providing sustainable solutions to meet the planning, engineering design and project delivery needs of the property, infrastructure, energy, and environmental markets.

Your new role
They are looking for the right person to take on a strategic as well as a hands-on role to shape our work winning strategy across the Property sector, taking the lead on major bids, as part of an exciting new opportunity at Waterman. You will start your journey as part of our Group Communications and Marketing team, working closely with MD's, Technical Experts, Directors, and administrative colleagues from across the UK to produce work-winning content for high-end proposals with a fee value in excess of £1m. There is plenty of room for development and, if this initiative proves a success, we anticipate you forming your own team in the long term.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will be an experienced Bid Writer/Manager with Construction industry knowledge, particularly in the Property sector, who is keen on a challenge and eager to be part of shaping our future.
