Starting in January 2023, this fantastic opportunity offers tremendous career advancement and evolution while leading and expanding a sizable project portfolio inside a successful and dynamic company.

We need a highly skilled mechanical engineer to support the growth and extension of their Edinburgh M&E division, the individual will work closely with and report to the national project team leads as part of the larger more established building services (M&E) team.

You must have in-depth design knowledge (both performance and detailed), strong management and leadership skills, business development and client relationship management abilities, commercial awareness, and the vision, desire, and knowledge to support the development of successful and sustainable services. Working on prominent and cutting-edge commercial properties and developments around the UK and Europe are all possible within this position.

The successful engineer will have the opportunity to work and lead on many of the company's profile and leading operations, these projects are nothing short of Prestigious allowing the individual to push their knowledge and work across unique and exclusive buildings.

Mechanical Associate Director Engineer Requirements:

  • Chartered Building Services Engineer with a degree or equivalent education in the relevant field (or similar equivalent)
  • Extensive technical expertise and design experience.
  • Proven business growth and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and carry out a certain future vision.
  • In-depth Understanding of commerce and business
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, along with a strong desire to achieve and grow as a leader.
  • Willingness and capacity to support the expansion of an already established service offering.
