Operating out of their freshly setup office in Nottingham they are well known for working across a varied and impressive project portfolio within the UK and due to their continued growth and dedication to establishing their name within the building services industry, they now are looking to take the next step to propel the business into even further success.
They are currently looking to add a Director of Building Services Engineering to lead their new team in the midlands the role will involve leading technical delivery across their most important projects as well as bringing in new clientele to ensure the company's successful future. They are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who is going to help take the consultancy to the next level, this role would be perfect for an experienced Associate Director looking to take the leap into leading and impacting their own team.
The key responsibilities of the successful Director will be to take authority and leadership to ensure only the highest standard of work is delivered to guarantee the development of the existing client base and expanding it. This role will suit someone in a similar position that is used to being a front-facing role managing stakeholders. You will possess great commercial awareness, in addition to having robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design and being capable of incorporating your years of experience to elevate your team. The position will ideally suit someone who is currently working in consultancy and is prepared to get involved and take charge of design on a day-to-day basis.
