Hays is currently representing a multi-disciplinary design consultancy with over 55 years of experience. Your new company is established in central Cambridge with a 15-minute walking distance from the train station.
They have a diverse range of clients in diverse sectors. Mainly they are in the sectors of Residential, Education, Arts, Sport Sector, Carbon and Heritage.


Your new role
For your new role you will need to collaborate and be part of the design team adhering to commercial performance to achieve the stablish targets. You are expected to work with different software's such as Revit MEP, Amtech and be in contact with low voltage to support and develop the design and drawings across the professional services, with a commercial and focused mindset.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed on this role, your new company is expecting over 10 years of experience in design with knowledge of Revit MEP, Amtech and Low voltage. A degree or similar qualification on Building Services would be great to have. Consultancy or contractor background considered.
