Hays are working with a Specialist Building Services provider who are pushing the boundaries of integrated building technologies and working on some truly fascinating systems for world leading projects. Specialising in Building Management Systems, Audio Visual, IT Systems and Lighting, they are recruiting for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-end landmark projects in London ranging in value from £1M - £15M.
Your new role
You will be given full responsibility for overseeing the installation of next generation cognitive building technology systems on a range of high specification projects in the Super Prime Residential, Luxury Hotel and Blue-Chip Commercial Office sectors. Leading a team of engineers and supervisors you will manage the programme ensuring, quality and delivery being on time and to budget. You will maintain customer focus involving close working relationships with the client and working partners through all phases until handover.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have sound knowledge and a strong track record of delivering high-end Electrical Installation projects. You will have vast experience in Project Management/Contract Management with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, influencing and negotiating at the most senior levels. Excellent planning and organisation skills is essential along with strong commercial awareness. Candidates must be flexible with UK travel, typically 3-4 days per week.
