This opportunity has the chance to join an established manufacturing organisation based in Leeds. Who are looking to recruit a Customer Support Engineer (Field Service Engineer) ideally with some experience in a similar position.

The primary responsibilities will be to successfully service, install and commission machines at customer sites in the UK. Respond to and attend breakdown calls such that issues are resolved professionally and efficiently. Develop positive customer relationships to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction are achieved for both service and support and all internal targets met. Proactively seeking customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for sales growth. Work closely with Service Team Manager and team members to meet all customer demands through knowledge and skills sharing. Deliver on-site training and offer advice and guidance to increase customer ability to respond to minor issues more effectively, resulting in fewer calls being raised. Provide regular feedback to Service Team Manager, Customer Support Coordinator and other team members, to ensure all documentation including environment, health and safety complies with the company standards at all times. This includes providing accurate and timely service reports on all jobs. Ensure excellent communications within the team and with other departments to drive productivity, innovation and standards of excellence.

Experience in a Mobile Service or Field Service Engineer role is required but training, mentoring and development is provided for less experienced candidates.
