Intermediate Mechanical Engineer

They are supporting projects in a wide range of industries, from cutting-edge manufacturing and industrial projects to long-standing government and defense contracts, award-winning educational developments, and major new residential communities.

As a mechanical engineer, you will work on a variety of projects, from small site surveys to Large nation renown large plans. Due to the variety of your workload, you must demonstrate the ability to work independently while also reporting to and receiving support from the project Associate or Director and other team members. You will work as a team to support the successful completion of projects while upholding technical performance requirements.

You will be given the freedom to design Mechanical services in numerous industry areas while working as a key team member, representing the business at all levels and being client-facing.

Working as a key member of the team, you will be provided with the autonomy to design Mechanical services in many sectors of the industry and be client-facing, representing the Company at all levels.

To succeed in this role you will need to be degree qualified, or in the process of obtaining your degree (or equivalent), demonstrate suitable design experience in the building services sector (preferably across a variety of sectors), and be an effective communicator, both verbally and in the production of reports and specifications. You must possess a degree or be pursuing one (or the equivalent) to be eligible for this position. You must also have appropriate UK design experience in the building services sector, preferably across a range of industries, and be a strong communicator both orally and in writing reports and specifications.

You should ideally possess the following credentials, experience, or skills:

- Possession of a degree in the field of building services engineering or the equivalent.

- You will be familiar with well-known design software programmes like REVIT, and ideally, MagiCAD.

-Possess excellent communication abilities that allow you to adjust to team members as well as clients and other parties.

-Knowing the needs of the project and being able to oversee its completion.

-You will possess credentials in mechanical services design that are recognised, and you will either be pursuing Chartered Status or have an interest in doing so.

-The capacity to work both alone and collaboratively in order to facilitate the completion of tasks.
