Executive Mechanical Design Engineer
£72,000 - £80,000 plus benefits

Are you a seasoned mechanical design engineer currently working for a big engineering firm? If you want to take the next step in your career, my client is presenting a great opportunity to work with them as they continue to dominate the construction services market.
As an Executive Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be involved in many projects which will give you a varied workload and the opportunity to work independently. You will also help with project planning and management whilst supporting the Regional Director in delivering projects successfully and on time.
Executive Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- Compile specifications, drawings and relevant Contract documents and maintain the required technical quality of work, ensuring that designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the company by identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth and maintaining and developing existing client relationships.
- Manage the training, development, appraisals, and succession planning of staff within the team.
- Monitor and take responsibility for the profit and loss within the working team. Manage a multi-disciplinary design team to ensure successful preparation and delivery on project objectives, including providing technical support.
To apply, candidates must be HNC (minimum) qualified in building services design with a mechanical orient and be in possession of a minimum of 7+ years experience operating within a successful engineering consultancy.
