Intermediate Mechanical Engineer - To £45K + true flexibility

Now in their 10th year, this sustainability and building services design consultancy are looking to continue to grow in 2023 and appoint an additional Intermediate Mechanical Engineer.

I've personally placed over half of their MEP team, and all of them are still working here. This a testament to the quality of leadership, diversity of projects and unique culture that this firm offers.

Led by a supportive, fun to work with, and entrepreneurial individual they offer a refreshing approach to employee engagement and also to health and wellbeing. Culture wise, they are not clock watchers and certainly not micro managers. Your performance is based on what you deliver and achieve, not based on how many hours you've clocked up in the office.

Their flexible hybrid working model is that all employees are required to attend the office just twice a week, one day is fixed and the other day you choose. However, if you would prefer to go in every day and be surrounded by other creative professionals such as architects, interior designers, graphic designers, digital artists, coders and developers you are free to do so, and you'll also benefit from a free lunch!

As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be mentored by the Founding Partner and also the Director of Sustainability, which will ensure you develop your skills in HVAC design, Energy and Sustainability and BIM.

You'll work on a variety of high-profile projects such as hotels, high specification commercial offices (new build and fit outs), large scale mixed-use developments, and schools and universities.

In addition to a basic salary of up to £45K, they also offer unlimited annual leave, pension, ongoing CPD, a discretionary annual bonus and ultimate flexibility.

This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of two years' experience to join a vibrant and innovative consultancy and really thrive.
