Principal Building Services Engineer - Multidisciplinary Manchester


Your new company
Your new company has a brilliant industry reputation and due to it's excellent ability at winning and retaining pipelines of work, is looking to expand it's team with a Principal Engineer to work from their modern and central Manchester office.
Your new company is currently involved with the conceptual and detailed design of residential, commercial, historic, spas and health, education, and mid and high-rise multi-use commercial buildings.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a Principal Engineer in an established and successful team based from their Manchester office. You will be aiding junior staff with their designs and collaborating with senior members of the team on new and existing designs, speaking with clients and contributing to day to day management of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a chartered engineer with a minimum of 10 years' UK Building Services experience working across a range of sectors. You will have the ability to travel to the Manchester off either 2 or 3 times per week and have fluent knowledge of M&E design software.
This role is not offering sponsorship so you will also have full right to work in the UK.
