M&E Asset Surveyor 18 month contract - Manchester City Centre


Your new company
Your new company is an established and integral part of Manchester's community and has over 5 decades of M&E expertise working across multiple buildings ranging from labs, large spaces, conference centres, and sports facilities.
You will be joining an existing and established team who pride themselves on delivering a high-quality and timely service.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a M&E Asset Surveyor. You will be surveying the mechanical aspects of the buildings under your care including lights, lifts, fire safety doors, heating, ventilation using your tablet to keep track of the mechanical infrastructure and asset condition of the buildings mentioned above

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have a strong M&E background and experience of UK surveying. You will have full UK working rights and the ability to attend both site and the office in Manchester city centre.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive hourly rate on a secure 18 month contract with likelihood of extension. You will be provided with equipment to complete your duties and be part of a welcoming and established team.
