Your new role

You will be working as a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Your role will involve; planning and implementing maintenance and reactive nature, general and emergency maintenance. To ensure that buildings are maintained to high standards consistent with Health and safety, statutory and other requirements within allocated budgets. To manage mechanical contractors that are called to, To manage the work stream of the mechanical maintenance engineer


What you'll need to succeed
.
You need to be a qualified Mechanical professional, either working in a; maintenance, building contractor or similar. You will have a NVQ in Mechanical maintenance or equivalent, Experience in working on high temperature heating pipework. You will also demonstrate the ability to converse in a friendly and professional manner.


What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary between; £31,134 - £34,734 +. Annual leave entitlements (between 24 and 35 days per year depending on your grade and length of service)
