Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer
£50,000 - £60,000 Plus benefits
Norwich
We are seeking a senior electrical building services engineer to join our client's team and work on a variety of projects across different sectors including commercial, residential, education, and transportation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and building services, with a focus on energy and carbon. The role involves providing technical expertise on the design, construction, and operation of electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure, with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonisation.
The candidate should have experience in project management, client engagement, and a good understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations. The candidate will be working in a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment, where he/she will have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers and make a real impact on the built environment.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering/Electrical Engineering,
- Preferably a Chartered Engineer,
- Good level of computer literacy,
- Knowledge of Amtech/Prodesign, Dialux/Relux,
- Knowledge of energy reduction methods,
- Knowledge of energy and carbon related data capture and analytics,
- Knowledge of technical standards.
