Sustainability Engineer
£35,000 - £45,000 Plus benefits
Cambridge
Conrad Consulting are working with a highly successful Multidisciplinary Consultancy who are seeking a Sustainability Engineer to join their MEP team. To be advantageous for this position, previous experience working on projects within the commercial, residential and data centre sectors will be preferable.
Our client is highly recognised in their field and have continued to maintain a strong pipeline of projects by providing high quality services. This role will task the successful Sustainability Engineer with carrying out BREEAM assessments through all stages and competition.
This is a consultancy who truly care about their staff and offer great career progression.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the commercial, residential and data centre sectors,
- Knowledge of BREEAM,
- Minimum 2 year's sustainability experience within a consultancy
- Degree and MSc in Sustainability subject
- Experience in energy modelling
- Experience in SAP calculations
Responsibilities:
- Producing assessments in relation to regulations,
- Working on large projects and providing a service to clients,
- Report writing,
- Producing sustainability and energy strategy documents,
- Providing and completing BREAAM life cycle assessments.
