Building Performance Engineering Lead

An ambitious leader is needed to take on the exciting challenge of expanding the company's Building Performance Engineering team, which is made up of highly skilled energy modelers (primarily IES, SAP, and TAS) who provide compliance and operational energy assessments and develop their embodied carbon and lifecycle carbon assessing and advisory capability under the direction of their highly accomplished and spirited Cheif Technical officer.

You will be given the chance to run your own autonomous business unit, and you will have complete assistance as you expand and modernise this division. Requirements of the Position (ideal but not essential):

• Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at a management level.
• An understanding of the commercial and technical management of service delivery.
• Demonstrable people and communication skills.
• An understanding of current and emerging market trends.
• Degree-level academic qualifications or equivalent.
• Chartership status with the Engineering Council or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for the built environment and progress toward Net Zero Carbon.
• Full membership of a relevant professional institution.
