£55,000 - £65,000 (4 day working week permanent)

This client attains an impressive client base and work on some very impressive projects whilst also offering the freedom to enjoy life more by creating an efficient work life balance of 4 day weeks! They are currently looking for an Experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their close knit-team based near Bath. This is a constantly growing MEP Team and there is the opportunity to make it to Partner level over the next few years and you will become an integral part of the growth of MEP business for this company.
As the successful Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will need to be able to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations whilst maintain and building new relationships for the company. You will be the technical leader when it comes to projects you manage. You will have played an active part in the development of the more junior engineers and will manage the engineering output for each project. You will be responsible for managing financial deliverable and will play a part in the project bids.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- Minimum 8 years' experience within a building services design position
- Ideally CEng as well as accredited member of recognised organisation
- Excellent technical capability when it comes to design of mechanical systems
- Good understanding of building design from a multidisciplinary approach
