The successful Principal Mechanical engineer should be confident in their established abilities of engineering and leadership as well as have the drive to always work up to their highest skills and qualities to positively reinforce and motivate a team. You will be very confident able with regards to Mechanical system designs within a variety of building types. You will have strong communication skills to ensure the project's completion from start to finish. Excellent working knowledge of industry-specific software.
Principal Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
- The ownership of a Mechanical engineering or building services degree.
- Previous related team management experience.
- CEng, or obtaining ideally an industry-recognised qualification.
- Technically able within the design of Mechanical systems.
- 10-12 years in the building services industry.
