Are you looking for your next exciting opportunity in the building services industry?
Our client is an established and highly successful consultancy who provide a range of services across the industry to sector. This includes them working alongside commercial, health, education, defence, residential and community divisions. They have offices across the country and working on some interesting and exciting projects.
They are currently looking for an extremely enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to come and join their Cornwall based office.
The successful engineer will be working as part of a design team delivering designs that meet budgets, timescales, and legislation. You'll be expected to learn functional mechanical design skills whilst liaising with other professionals in the built environment such as structural engineers and architects. You'll be expected to attend design meetings and site visits etc.
Graduate Building Services Engineer Requirements:
- Relevant degree/master's in Engineering,
- Member of CIBSE or other institution,
- Experience of IES software,
- Experience with AutoCAD and other software packages,
- Enthusiastic and ambitious.
Graduate Engineer Responsibilities:
- Be able to follow instructions from team leaders,
- Assist the team leader with budgets, timescales and specifications,
- Assist project managers by attending site visits,
- Assist in checking contractors' valuations for mechanical work.
