Mechanical Maintenance Manager
Your new company
Our client is a respected M&E contractor in Wiltshire. They deliver mechanical and electrical services to the building services industry. They carry out installation and maintenance, alongside fire/security services on domestic and commercial projects. They pride themselves on providing a quality service & customer satisfaction and therefore a large proportion the work they deliver comes from word of mouth and repeat business. They work at every stage from design to install, through to maintenance & repair.
Your new role
As the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of mechanical trades that are servicing across the organisation's varied client portfolio. The organisation offer a full building services package from Design & Installation through to servicing & maintenance. The projects they tend to work on will range in M&E value, anything up to £1m. The nature of the projects are high-end residential as well as commercial & education. You will oversee a team of direct and sub-contracted labour.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within M&E projects within the above sectors and also overseeing the maintenance aspects of projects upon installation completion. This is a client facing role so you will hold a good level of customer interaction experience. You will have extensive mechanical building services projects experience.
What you'll get in return
Depending on level of experience the salary is likely to be circa £45k - £53k.
