Our client is an independent building services consultancy, whose continued success has now created an excelling opportunity to become a part of their small but highly skilled team. Based in Manchester they are now looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their ranks and help maintain excel their growth. The successful candidate will require the ambition to ensure they always deliver only the highest quality of work within their expertise and always ensure professionalism throughout project completion. Our client has a range of building services projects in the following but only expanding sectors Commercial, education, and retail etc...
It is crucial that the successful engineer is confident of their own skills and attributes as well as have the ability to lead and drive their team forwards to always guarantee precious and efficient work. You will have the desire to optimise your technical ability of mechanical designs across a varied range of building types. You will have exceptional time management skills to guarantee the full project process from concept to completion is carried out to high quality in an effective and timely manner. Experience using industry-specific software such as Hevacomp, Cymap, IES. You will also display excellent communication skills to positively impact design team meetings as well as build and maintain a strong relationship between your team and the end client.
Associate Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- The ownership of a Mechanical engineering or building services degree.
- CEng, or obtaining ideally industry recognised qualifications.
- Technically able within the design of Mechanical systems.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the building services industry.
