Job Details
Conrad Consulting is pleased to represent a highly regarded and prestigious Consultancy that is currently looking to employ the help of a BIM MEP Technician into their highly talented Bristol-based team. This company takes pride in its exceptional results across an incredible range of building disciplines.
As the successful BIM Technician, you will have at least 4 years of strong experience within a fast-paced and busy building services consultancy and will have proven capability in generating high-quality and detailed designs within a position where you have liaised collaboratively with engineers across all stages of the project completion.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High level of knowledge and use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D software including Revit and AutoCAD as a minimum.
- The ability to produce 2D and 3D designs from concept through to fully coordinated detailed design finish, under the overview of a Senior Technician.
- Knowledge of current UK technical standards/publications and legislation requirements.
- Understanding the installation and coordination of Mechanical building services systems across a range of building disciplines.
Desirable - Working Knowledge of one or more of any of the following software:
- Microstation
- Sketch-up
- 3DS Max
- Synchro
- Dynamo
- MagiCAD
