Assistant BIM Manager - To £60K + Clear path to BIM Manager

Due to growth and a recent promotion, we are looking for an Assistant BIM Manager for this unique, global multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in London.

As a guardian of the BIM Model, the buck stops with you. You'll review and approve the work that is being produced by the team and ensure BIM standards are maintained, and that quality and consistency are upheld. You'll also work closely with the graphics team and ensure all presentations and visualisations remain accurate, informative, and visually appealing.

With a direct reporting line to the BIM Manager, you'll oversee a team of six Revit MEP Technicians / BIM Designers and ensure they deliver high quality 3D drawings and well-coordinated BIM models.

You will manage multidisciplinary BIM models, ensure all project documentation is up to date, and ensure projects and drawings meet the agreed standards.

As an experience Senior BIM Coordinator / Assistant BIM Manager you'll use your experience in Revit, BIM, Navisworks and Dynamo to it's full potential; as you provide mentoring and QA to the BIM team.

You'll use your previous experience in setting up models, creating templates, creating libraries and families, manging content and also automating workflows as you mentor and assist the BIM team become more efficient.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks and ideally Dynamo.
• Previous experience working on BIM Level 2 projects.
• Able to set up projects and a model from scratch.
• Knowledge of BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Clear communication skills, comfortable attending BIM start-up meetings.
• Good overall awareness of Building Services Engineering and associated disciplines such as Structural Engineering and Architecture.
