Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing mechanical systems for various building projects.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop mechanical systems for various building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
* Review and coordinate mechanical designs with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders
* Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications
* Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and standards
* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, standards, and regulations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in building services
* Knowledge of relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of relevant UK standards and regulations, such as CIBSE Guides, BS EN 12831, and BS EN 12056
Key Skills:
* Knowledge of the design of mechanical systems in buildings
* Knowledge of building services design and coordination
* Ability to use relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks * Understanding of relevant UK standards and regulations
* Experience in project management
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time-management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
