Established by two Directors that pioneered Sustainable MEP Design in the 1990's, this Building Services Consultancy still strives to do things better.

Rather than growing too quickly and losing sight of their values, mission statement or beliefs, they have kept the business to around 20 MEP Design Engineers. This enables them to have enough resources and experience to still secure medium to large scale projects, however also ensures that the companies culture; and personal approach is maintained.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll produce 3D mechanical and plumbing (Public Health) drawings in Revit MEP and also produce schedules and specifications. You'll also use IESVe to carry out heat loss and heat gain calculations and size hot and cold & water pipes, water tanks and booster systems as well as incorporating natural ventilation and heat recovery systems wherever possible.

You'll enjoy getting out and about of the office (although it is a lovely office, overlooking Kings Cross) as you attended meetings with the design team, clients, structural engineers, architects and building control.

You'll ensure the Mechanical and Public Health Services have been properly installed and commissioned by the contractors; and are safe and effective during the commissioning stages, prior to handover to the client.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll work on a mixture of projects such as mixed-use developments, high-end residential projects, museums, schools and universities and also recording or film studios.
