BREAAM Engineer
£30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Milton Keynes
Conrad Consulting are working with a successful Multidisciplinary Consultancy who are seeking a Sustainability Engineer to join their MEP team. Previous experience working on projects in the commercial, residential, and data centre sectors will be preferred for this position.
Our client is well-known in their industry and has managed to keep a healthy pipeline of projects by offering leading services. The chosen Sustainability Engineer will be tasked with doing BREEAM assessments during all phases, through to completion.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the commercial, residential and data centre sectors,
- Knowledge of BREEAM,
- Minimum 2 year's sustainability experience within a consultancy
- Degree and MSc in Sustainability subject
- Experience in energy modelling
- Experience in SAP calculations
Responsibilities:
- Producing assessments in relation to regulations,
- Working on large projects and providing a service to clients,
- Report writing,
- Producing sustainability and energy strategy documents,
- Providing and completing BREAAM life cycle assessments.
