Your new company
Your new company is located in busy part of the country who work across multiple UK industries and sectors. Their current schemes include commercial, residential, care homes, education, bespoke multi-million pound homes, equestrian centres and multiple surveys.
Their offices are spacious and modern with an on-site car park, on site kitchen and located to cafes and shops.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working on conceptual and detailed design of the above sectors, using design software such as AutoCAD and HevaComp/ MEPworx. You will be liaising with other members of the team, sharing design engineers and working in a fast paced environment to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a real passion for Mechanical Building Services design, you will possess a good working knowledge of the above software and be able to attend the office each day as collaboration is key to this role and the each member of the team can work on 2-3 projects simultaneously. You will have a HND or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' UK industry experience.
