Mechanical Design Engineer

You will be working together with a coordinated design team, you'll help breathe life into the designs by:

• creating mechanical design models and drawings.
• You'll have the autonomy to design mechanical services in many sectors of the industry and will be client facing.
• You'll also get to collaborate with architects, quantity surveyors, project managers and structural engineers from external design teams.

Experience:

• Have a relevant degree or equivalent for a career in building services engineering
• You'll be fluent in design software tools such as REVIT and ideally have had exposure to MagiCAD
• You're a great communicator who can adapt to working with external parties and clients whilst gelling with our growing team
• You'll have a deep understanding of project needs and will be able to manage their full delivery
• You'll have recognised qualifications in mechanical services design and will either be working towards chartered status, or have an interest in doing so
• You're happy working both autonomously or as part of a team to support the delivery of projects
• Experience of managing people would be an advantage
• You're happy to be flexible - We take a collaborative approach to delivering our projects and you'll be happy travelling and working with colleagues.
