Job Details
This client works on a broad range of construction projects in the healthcare, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The focus is on innovative design techniques and has been a key factor in their success and allows the ability to win exciting and challenging new projects across all sectors. The company has been operating for over 50 years, something which they're immensely proud of.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Main engineer on multiple projects.
- Define the scope and approach for mechanical on multiple projects.
- Delegating office-based design work and CAD to juniors.
- Delegating site-based work to intermediate engineers.
- Carry out office-based design works where required.
- Write Specifications.
- Carry out site surveys.
- Attend design team meetings.
- Liaise with clients and contractors.
- Manage multiple project deadlines.
- Ensure multiple project deadlines and achieved and deliverables are delivered.
- Train junior and intermediate engineers.
Skills required:
- BEng/BSc/HNC/HND in building services or related.
- 10 years experience in building services engineering or related role minimum.
