Job Details
This Director role is a key strategic hire in leading the London business, with the company headquarters being in the North West.
Project base covers everything but healthcare and can range in value from £50k to a couple of million (M&E value). All the work is directly with the End Client.
Work stream comes from a number of frameworks including Department of Education and 60% of work is public sector clients. As a result, you will not need to bring work with you but will need enough commercial sense to nuture clients and get more work from them in London. All CAD / Revit MEP support will be hubbed originally from the North West, with one remit be for you to set this function up in London, as well as the recruitment of new staff members.
Remuneration is c£115k + package, plus 30% bonus, private healthcare and travel allowance and entry into EMI scheme which entitles you to % of sale without buying in.
You will need to be CEng (CIBSE pref) with a mechanical bias and a background of experience within an SME setting.
