Rather than overpromising and underdelivering, here they under promise and overdeliver and provide a level of detail and service that seems to have disappeared from the built environment over the past few years. This ensures they maintain a loyal and committed client base who will only use them exclusively, and why they are able to charge a sensible fee; and why ever project they commit to is able to achieve profit and not loss.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll have full autonomy over projects from RIBA Stages 0 - 7. You'll have direct contact with clients; and be trusted to use your own initiative and knowledge to drive projects forward, however if you do get stuck, or need a bit of help both the Director and Associate Director are always on hand to help, provide advice or do a quick QA of your design before it's issued.

You'll get involved in constant mixture of both new build and complex refurbishment projects. Some of their current projects include new build commercial offices in central London, data centres in Europe, refurbishments of listed churches and museums and landmark hotels. This rich mixture of project types and sizes will allow you to develop a holistic understanding of Building Physics, Mechanical (HVAC), PH and operational energy use.

Key Requirements:

• Able to use Revit, or IES
• At least five years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, within a consultancy
• Able to lead a project (technically) on your own.
• Able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.
