Your new company
This is a contractor specialising in air conditioning and ventilation solutions specifically within the hospitality and leisure sector. They are a small team of 70 based in Lancashire with a real family feel to the team. The company as a whole has a £6 million turnover and have another side to the business specialising in Fire Safety which has a turnover of £1.3 million.

Your new role
In this role you will be involved in all stages of a project from initial receipt of the order, through liaising with customer and manufacturing team to issuing work orders, reconciliation, procurement, and making sure the projects are being delivered on time and within budget.
The clients you will deal with include, McDonalds, Nando\'s, Wagamama just to name a few.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced project manager specialising in mechanical services project management, ideally within similar sector. You will have excellent knowledge of mechanical services and having previous experience working for a contractor.
