Electrical Project Manager - £35,000 to £60,000 + Bonus

Your new company
You will be working for an established Mechanical and Electrical (M&E/ Building Services) contractor operating over 15 years with a strong and stable pipeline of work. This client works with a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare and residential. The client typically aims to work on projects on a more localised basis with the aim of securing work in an hour radius of Nottinghamshire. The current key project they are looking to recruit for relates to a local Nottingham £9 million residential project till approx mid 2025.
Your new role
You will be an Electrical Project Manager initially working on a multimillion pound residential project, to mid 2025. Working on this large scale project you will work alongside a Mechanical Project Manager, with further support for supervisors. In your role, you will be the main point of contact with the client, budget management, overseeing the allocation of work, ensuring the health and safety of the site.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be need to be an experienced Electrical Project Manager with at least an intermediate level of experience in a similar role. In this you will have the experience of office related duties as required for an Electrical Project Manager. It would also be highly preferable if you have experience of working on residential projects. It would be preferable if you had SMSTS.
What you'll get in return
Salary of: £35,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance, Healthcare, Bonus of up to 22%, 20 days annual leave + 3 days over Christmas + Bank Holidays
