This commercial real estate advisor does things a little differently. Their approach ensures all their projects remain profitable, and more importantly also ensures their employees are not placed under so much unnecessary pressure daily.

Rather than having to compete in an open market (which at present appears to be a fastest race to the bottom, based purely on lowest cost scenario) they secure all their design work internally via their in-house project managers, surveyors, M&E Asset Engineers and NZC and Decarbonisation teams.

This turn-key approach of having every service in-house ensures they have full control on cost, quality, and delivery.

As an Electrical Associate you'll help lead a team of engineers on a diverse range of projects where the M&E elements have already been allocated a sensible fee at the correct value. You will lead projects where the right amount of time to deliver a good quality project, has already been calculated correctly by Directors from an M&E Engineering background.
