Our client is delivering a prestigious Term Consultancy contract for a leading Property Consultancy/Managing Agent, they are tasked with managing all technical M&E aspects of their clients' portfolios and buildings.

Joining an established team, the role would see you managing a portfolio of commercial buildings for a leading financial services company.

The role would suit an ambitious individual who is currently undertaking some or all of the following duties in their current role.

• Contract Management
• Asset Condition and Lifecycle Assessments
• Planned Maintenance Programme Reviews
• Statutory Compliance Auditing
• Asset and Maintenance Strategy Reviews
• License to Alter
• TDD
• Provide M&E Technical Advice
• Management of M&E Project Reviews and Delivery

The role will allow you to be client facing and become part of the clients' team, offering you the opportunity to grow both your technical knowledge and your commercial acumen, whilst being supported in working towards a professional qualification, should you wish.

With the full support of the M&E leadership team, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your own client base, developing an entrepreneurial approach to client's needs and gain a clear understanding of the commercial drivers behind property ownership and development.

If you currently work for an FM Contractor/Provider please note that I have placed a large number of individuals with Contract Management/Compliance experience into Consultancy.
