My client are an industry-leading contractor who offer a broad range of M&E and FM services, primarily across London and the South East.
Your new role
As Mechanical Manager you will be responsible for HVAC refurbishment and upgrade projects within commercial properties in London, based in the office in SE London. Duties will include:

• Quotations for small and medium-sized HVAC projects
• Understand and instruct project design intent throughout
• Create and issue all required H&S documentation before and throughout projects
• Have full awareness of profit and loss position of the project
• Organise and deploy all required labour on site
• Track and forecast labour
• Invoicing
• Site meetings
• Negotiating all material and labour orders in line with expected margins

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience as a mechanical manager, specifically within HVAC refurbishment and upgrade projects. You will also require:

• HVAC project experience
• Strong written and communication skills
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD experience is preferred
• Ability to estimate HVAC work
• IOSH Managing Safely / Black CSCS card

What you'll get in return
When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a well-established FM provider. You will also require:

• £55,000
• Travel covered
