An M&E Contractor with a successful track record and a growing portfolio of new projects is looking for a Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team. This is a senior role that offers fast career advancement for the right candidate, who can expect to progress to an Operations Manager within 2 years. This company has a solid reputation for delivering quality M&E Design and Build projects throughout NI and UK wide.
Your new role
Your role as a Senior Electrical Contracts Manager will involve managing, overseeing and delivering Electrical Contracts for clients across various sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Large-Scale Residential. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and with high quality and compliance standards. This position requires travel to the UK mainland as dictated by project needs, but it is manageable.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record and experience in all aspects of electrical installations and regulations. You will be a time served Electrician or have an HNC/ HND in a related Electrical Engineering discipline and will have demonstrable experience working on large scale commercial, education and/or industrial projects. You will be an effective communicator with excellent time management skills and commercially aware of costs and trends in the marketplace.
