Perhaps you prefer to work for a boutique Consultants as opposed to being deployed in a large team? If so, I am urgently recruiting a Senior or Principal Building Services Electrical Design Engineer who is looking for a change in career objective!

With this organisation you will be given as much autonomy as you feel you need whilst still being an integral member of their management team.

Qualifications whether educational or professional are not as important as the ability to do the job and being prepared to bring new ideas to the business and demonstrate how your strategy will bring the necessary results - you will be listened to and actively encouraged to become involved in driving the business forward. How do I know this? I have previously placed an Intermediate Electrical Building Services Design Engineer within the business who has been promoted to Principal level within 3 years!

The project workload is many and varied and they rely on the latest MEP Design software at all levels across the business.
