BREEAM Assessor

Your new company
An established, reputable and forward-thinking multidisciplinary practice based in Belfast are recruiting a BREEAM Assessor within their MEP Department. This practice delivers design solutions for a range of construction projects across multiple sectors, including Commercial, Education, Health and Residential for both Public and Private sector clients.

Your new role

• Undertaking BREEAM Assessments as well as the AP role across a broad spectrum of projects.
• Independently lead BREEAM workshops, liaising directly with clients and the design team
• Managing a portfolio of BREEAM projects, being responsible for high quality evidence collation and final submissions
• Leading on knowledge sharing and process improvement practices across the business, to ensure a high level of efficiency on BREEAM projects
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary design team, attending meetings with clients, contractors, architects etc

What you'll need to succeed

Essential Criteria
You should have BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM Accredited Professional qualifications and prior experience as a BREEAM Assessor in the building services sector.

Desirable Criteria

• WELL Accredited Professional
• Experience with undertaking embodied carbon assessments/LCA
