Salary: £55,300 - £62,390 per annum (inclusive of basic inner London weighting and London Supplement for SP 1038 and above) depending on experience.

The City Surveyor’s Operations Division is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of construction, maintenance and professional property services for the City of London Corporation’s commercial and operational property portfolio in the City, West End and other areas of London as well as open spaces such as Epping Forest, Hampstead Heath and Burnham Beeches.

We are looking to recruit a Grade F Building Services Compliance Engineer on a permanent contract. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable Building Services Compliance Engineer to develop their experience in providing professional advice on a wide ranging property portfolio.

We are looking for someone with experience in building services compliance and fault diagnosis and high quality service delivery. You should be CIBSE qualified or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate you have the relevant skills and experience required for this post.
