Senior Electrical Engineer - London - £48,000 - £60,000 + Package

With around 250 engineers located across the UK, this consultancy are large enough to be able to design and deliver a complex project up to £300M in value, yet small enough to ensure that you won't just become a number, and can progress quickly.

Due to growth, they now have an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their London office. Reporting to the MEP Director and supported by a Chartered Electrical Associate you'll enjoy working on projects from concept to construction in a fun, friendly and supportive team environment.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll enjoy the freedom to make your own decisions and take ownership of your own projects, develop your own relationships and have as much autonomy as you like. Rather than just leading elements on projects, here you'll lead the whole project from inception, through feasibility and concept design all the way through to post occupancy.

You'll enjoy a diverse range of projects including master plans, universities (Oxford and Cambridge) Institute of Global Health (Passivhaus) and schools on behalf of the DfE, major office refurbishments, hotels, residential developments and science and research facilities on behalf of pharma firms such as GSK or Pfizer.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services) to join a sustainability led, engineering consultancy provides innovative, flexible and low carbon MEP design solutions across the built environment.

Essential requirements

· Client facing, comfortable dealing with clients, architects and contractors.
· Good appreciation of both electrical and mechanical services, able to cover both disciplines at meetings.
· Knowledge of British and European Standards, Building Regulations and approved documents.
· 4+ years' experience working as an Electrical design engineer, within the built environment.
